Last updated : 03/11/2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to all videos ordered from Viewlaya Video, a service of Viewlaya. Our services are intended for professionals: shopkeepers, craftspeople, self-employed people and companies, for the purposes of their business.
2. Optional preview
If we show you a preview before the order, it is free and without obligation. It remains our property until an order is placed and may not be distributed.
3. Order
The order is concluded when the client confirms in writing (email or form) and the deposit has been received.
4. Prices
- Promotional video (45 seconds to 1 minute): €50;
- Social media pack, all formats (16:9, 9:16, 4:5): €150;
- Additional language: +€25.
5. Payment
50% on order, 50% on delivery, by card via Stripe or by bank transfer. The final video without watermark is delivered once the balance has been received.
6. Delivery time
The video is delivered within 5 working days at most from receipt of the deposit and of the items requested from the client (logo, photos, any texts).
7. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included. A round groups all requested changes into a single submission. Beyond that, additional revisions are subject to a quote.
8. Images and content supplied
The client warrants that they hold the rights to the images, logos, music and texts they supply or that appear on their website. Where their images are not sufficient, the video may contain illustrative images created for the occasion; these are identified as such.
9. Rights of use
After full payment, the client may freely use the video for their own communication (website, social media, trade fairs, advertising), with no limit in time or territory. Unless the client refuses in writing, Viewlaya Video may show the video among its examples.
10. Liability
The liability of Viewlaya Video is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable settlement, the Belgian courts have jurisdiction.
