Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we process, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. It applies the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process

When you write to us

Through the form or by email: your name, your business, your website address, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, the language you want and your message.

Purpose: to reply to you, prepare your quote and, if you order, carry out the order.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, then performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is processed by us and by our technical processors, who are bound by contract:

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting);
• our email delivery provider;
• Stripe (online payment, if you pay by card).

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. Transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

Retention period

• Contact requests and prospecting data: as set out in Viewlaya’s privacy policy;
• Client data: the duration of the contract, then the statutory retention periods for accounting records.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing. Write to contact@viewlayafilm.com. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données), rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. The form stores no data in your browser.
